Confessions of a Gallerina is the brainchild of Gallery Girl and Computer Guy.

We thought of creating this blog after realizing there was nothing on the internet to guide “entry-level” art people through the job search process. The idea grew from there to include an honest retelling of Gallery Girl’s experiences working for a contemporary Chelsea gallery, reviews of recent shows and summaries of interesting articles. Gallery Girl does the writing and illustration while Computer Guy created this website and handles all tech issues. He is also Gallery Girl’s best friend, muse and constant supporter
